In 1936, the Chinese Mathematical Society started publication of two periodicals: an academic Journal of Chinese Mathematical Society and a popular Journal of Mathematics. They have been renamed Acta Mathematica Sinica in 1952 and Bulletin of Mathematics in 1953, respectively.
At present, the Chinese Mathematical Society presides over the publication of Acta Mathematicae Sinica (both Chinese series and English series), Acta Mathematicae Applicatae Sinica (both Chinese series and English series), Advances in Mathematics, Mathematics in Theory and Practice, Applied Probability and Statistics, Bulletin of Mathematics and a popular journal High School Mathematics.
The newsletter of Chinese Mathematical Society was first published in 1983. Since then it has carried out the task of recording the history of Chinese mathematical Society, providing information of mathematics and furthering communications among members of the society.
